A human...
its job is to keep you alive...
it receives information from your senses...
from your gut and heart...
it processes the information and creates a "feeling"...
either a sensation...
or an emotion...
feelings need ACTION...
when you take action the feelings go... job done...
if you ignore feelings - they get louder and louder...
the brain detects danger and works overtime...
feelings you don't listen to or act on sit inside...
the more you ignore them the more urgent they become...
some humans feel the pressure in these places...
when the pressure becomes too much you either explode...
...and hurt others...
or implode and hurt yourself...
this painful cycle puts your brain and your body under huge pressure...
you try to take your mind off things...
but when the distraction stops, your brain starts processing again...
you can't sleep, tossing and turning, worrying...
you become exhausted...
your body suffers when it doesn't get enough sleep...
you become HYPERSENSITIVE...
You try to protect yourself and your feelings, you become defensive...
your behaviour reflects this....
or maybe you withdraw...
you become difficult to be around - others keep away from you...
you have the tools to break the cycle... you just need to learn how to use them...
