A human...
its job is to keep you alive...
it receives information from your senses...
from your gut and heart...
it processes the information and creates a "feeling"...
either a sensation...
or an emotion...
feelings need ACTION...
when you take action the feelings go... job done...

the brain detects danger and works overtime...
feelings you don't listen to or act on sit inside...

your behaviour reflects this....
or maybe you withdraw...
you become difficult to be around - others keep away from you...
